Adult's biological meaning refers to an animal with the capacity to reproduce. In the realm of human beings, adult refers to the social and legal aspects. Legal adults is, as opposed to "minors" or non-adults are those who are older than the average age and therefore considered independent, responsible and independent. As we enter early adulthood we have reached the fullest physical maturation. But, the body's size and weight could grow. During young adulthood we reach the peak of our physical ability.
